DGRP Alum Coauthors Award-Winning Paper

The paper “NoC-enabled Software/Hardware Co-Design Framework for Accelerating k-mer Counting” by Biresh Kumar Joardar (WSU), Priyanka Ghosh (WSU-PNNL DGRP alum and current PNNL post-doc), Partha Pratim Pande (WSU), Ananth Kalyanaraman (WSU), and Sriram Krishnamoorthy (PNNL and PNNL-WSU joint appointee) earned the best paper award at the International Symposium on Networks-on-Chip (NOCS) in New York.
